Delivery & returns

Sending it, and undoing it

Every copy is sold and delivered through Amazon, so Amazon's own policies are what actually apply to your order. Here's where to look, and what we can help with directly.

How delivery works

Amazon ships and delivers every copy. Shipping speed, cost and estimated arrival are Amazon's own, set per order and shown to you before you pay. They vary by country and by which Amazon store you buy from. Track an order the same way you would any other Amazon purchase, from Your Orders.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds for a book bought through Amazon run on Amazon's own return policy, the same as any other physical item Amazon sells. Start one from Your Orders, and Amazon handles the refund. We're not in that loop, because we're not who took the payment.

Your statutory rights

We publish from Australia, and nothing here limits the guarantees we owe under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If you buy from an Amazon store in another country, the consumer-protection law of that country applies to your purchase in the same way. Either way, buying through Amazon does not reduce the rights you already have. They sit alongside Amazon's own return window, whatever it says.

Who you're dealing with

My Handwritten Quran writes, typesets and publishes this series from Australia; Amazon sells and delivers every copy. Read more about how the books are made on the About page, or write to myhandwrittenquran@outlook.com with anything about the book itself. For an order already placed, Amazon's own order support will usually be faster.
