Terms
Terms of use
This page covers the website: who publishes it, what the book's own text and design belong to, and what we're liable for here. It is not a contract of sale. Every purchase happens on Amazon, under Amazon's own terms, which the section below points to.
About this site
This site accompanies the My Handwritten Quran book series. Any question about the site itself, or about the series it describes, goes to myhandwrittenquran@outlook.com.
Buying the book
Every buy button on this site leads to Amazon, and every purchase is made there. Your contract for that purchase is with Amazon, under Amazon's own conditions of sale, not with us, and this page does not attempt to restate them. Amazon sets pricing, shipping, delivery and returns for the order, shown to you before you pay. Amazon also processes your payment directly; it never reaches us.
The book's text and design
The Quranic text in every volume is not ours to own. It is set, unaltered, from a licensed digital source, which is the whole point of the book. The layout, typesetting and workbook design of each volume, and everything on this website, are the work of My Handwritten Quran and may not be copied or resold as your own.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse, read and link to this site freely. What you may not do is scrape it, republish its images or copy in bulk, or use it to imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Liability
We keep this website accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we make no warranty that every detail on it is complete or current at the moment you read it. We are not liable for how Amazon fulfils, prices or delivers an order. That responsibility, and that contract, is Amazon's.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of Australia. Nothing here affects the consumer-protection rights you already have under the law of the country you buy in.
Contact
myhandwrittenquran@outlook.com. For anything about an order already placed, Amazon's own order support can usually answer faster than we can.
